A caseworker will contact you within five business days to get to know you.

A confirmation email will be sent to you in a few minutes explaining the next steps in your application process.
The confirmation email also includes the list of documentation required to proceed with our assessment.

Meanwhile, please prepare and send the following required documents within five business days to apply@nzfcanada.com

• Current lease agreement.
• IDs for all family members in your current household.
• Last three statements of benefits/pay stubs/any source of income.
• Bank statements for all bank accounts (debit and credit) for the last full three months until today for all family members who own bank accounts.  
• Any other helpful supporting or relevant documents, such as overdue bills, etc.

The sooner we receive your documents, the faster we may process your request.

Please note that the National Zakat Foundation does NOT assist with the following:

1. Direct cash 
2. Emergency zakat assistance
3. PR/Citizenship fees
4. Loans
5. IVF treatments 
6. Student tuition fees
7. Debts to the government 
8. Debts incurred because of a vehicle or home purchases
9. Out of Canada applications
